What is StoneMandi?
StoneMandi is a stone sourcing marketplace for India. Buyers can explore stone listed by businesses we have reviewed, send us a requirement, and get help finding a suitable supplier.
Does StoneMandi sell stone itself?
No. Stone is supplied by the listed businesses. StoneMandi connects buyers with those businesses and helps with sourcing; we are not the seller in the transaction.
How does a buyer enquiry work?
You send your requirement to StoneMandi on WhatsApp, usually from a product or business page so we can see what prompted it. We read it, ask anything we need to understand the project, and then connect you with businesses that are relevant to it.
Will my enquiry be sent to many sellers?
No. We do not broadcast requirements to every listed business. We qualify each enquiry first and pass it to the businesses that genuinely supply what you asked for.
What does Verified Business mean?
It means our team reviewed the business before listing it, using the details it provided about its operations. It confirms that we carried out those checks. It is not a guarantee of any particular transaction, product or price.
Does StoneMandi guarantee stone quality?
No. Natural stone varies between slabs, and quality is judged against the material you are actually buying. We recommend viewing the specific slabs allocated to you, and confirming the specification in writing with the supplier before finalising.
Does StoneMandi guarantee the lowest price?
No. Any rate shown on the site is indicative and usually refers to a particular thickness and finish. Your final quotation depends on the material, fabrication, transport and taxes, and comes from the supplier.
Does StoneMandi charge buyers for sourcing assistance?
No. Sourcing assistance is currently free for buyers. If that ever changes, it will be stated clearly before you use it.
How can a seller join StoneMandi?
Apply through the seller application form. Our team reviews the business, and approved businesses can publish listings and receive qualified enquiries. Applying does not make a business verified.
Does StoneMandi handle payment or delivery?
No. StoneMandi does not process marketplace payments and does not arrange delivery. Payment, transport and delivery are agreed directly between you and the supplier.
How do I contact StoneMandi?
